Returns of used products are not eligible for a refund and will be donated to an animal rescue or shelter. 

Our limited return policy is primarily in place to maintain the Halos' highest quality and hygiene standards. 

Consider donating your harness to your veterinarian or a local shelter to help another needy dog.
