How do I return my Halo?Updated 4 months ago

The Muffin's Halo is a highly specialized blind-dog guiding device. We only accept returns of unopened and unused products. 

Returns of used products are not eligible for a refund and will be donated to an animal rescue or shelter. You may also consider donating your harness to your veterinarian or a local shelter to help another dog in need. 

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. 

A refund for a never-used/unopened product does not include shipping charges. You are responsible for the return shipping fee.  

To return your order, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include the packing slip or relevant order information (order number and name), and mail your return to the following address via any tracked shipping method of your preference:
