Our limited return policy is primarily in place to maintain the Halos' highest quality and hygiene standards. 

As an animal-focused company, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers' furry family members above all else. Once a product has left our facilities, we cannot guarantee that it has not been tampered with or contaminated in any way, which could potentially put the well-being of animals at risk. 

By implementing a strict return policy, we can ensure that every product reaching our customers is brand new, pristine, and under our warranty coverage.
